My wife and i stayed at a cottage a few weeeks ago for a holiday. The bed gave us the best nights sleep ever.So much so we want one lol. The lady we rented the cottage off told us it was a Pocketmaster (TM) Poppy with 2400 springs and was supplied buy Dreams. They no longer stock the pooppy and have replaced it with the willow, are you aware of any of these manes? Also we understand Dreams have these beds made for them by a firm called Harrisons i think. Any help will be much appreciated.
We have the exact same bed - and it is the best bed ever! Good choice :j0 -
Ordered a mattress online but advised by phone that their 24hr delivery promise would not be met. It would take 6 days so I cancelled the order. After two months still haven't go my money back despite emails and phone calls. They even promised to arrange a refund by phone and a confirmation by email but still no refund.
Credit card company now on the case.
Avoid thememoryfoammattressfirm.co.uk at all costs. They are a dishonest company. Not sure how good the mattresses are.0 -

On the 17th. My credit card company have said they have spoken with them and the refund process began yesterday.
Ended up using a different company in the end. Memory-Mattress.co.uk a much more professional and helpful outfit.0 -
IF ONLY I had read this reviews before ordering a mattress from these THIEVES AND LIARS. Same story - Promise of 24 hour delivery, no delivery. Phone number 0845 1800 040 is always ENGAGED or NOT ANSWERED. Their web site has a 'Contact Us' section that includes a Captcha - that doesn't work - MORE WASTED TIME.
I found out another number for them 01924 283718. Spoke to a lady called Jilly who constantly said "I assure you we will deliver tomorrow" but they never did causing me to waste more time waiting in for them. At one point Jilly gave me her mobile but it was just a "Welcome to the Orange Answering service..." I am not showing the number here in case is was made up and belongs to some poor innocent party.
Next stop Advertising Standards, Trading Standards, Watchdog and Retailer disputes department of my Credit Card and I would urge those who have also be cheated by these rogues to do the same - I only hope that decent, honest, Internet traders are not damaged too badly by dishonest outfits like this who rely on people's good nature and not complaining.0 -

I was silly enough to ordered a mattress before reading the reviews on the web, once I'd read the very poor reviews I immediately cancelled the order and set about getting my money back.
I was hoping to cancel the payment before it left the bank, no such luck the payment process had to go through and I had to wait the 28 days for the refund, luckily the full amount was returned on the 30th day.
I never use my full name when ordering items online and I use a mobile number & email address specifically for online orders just so I can protect my id a little.
So what has upset me the most is that once I’d cancelled the order I received 2 phone calls and 2 emails from different loan companies each saying they had received my loan application and they would like me to complete the application. The information they had, I believe, confirmed the source of the information use to make those applications. I don’t know if credit checks were made or if my rating has been damaged by this (not that I’m bothered) I have reported this to the police for their information and I don’t believe this was a serious attempt to steal my identity or obtain monies in my name but more to damage my credit rating. How sad.0 -

It sounds more like attempted fraud.
It isn't a good idea to not use your proper details when ordering, as it can lead to a high possible fraud score with the security checks. This can cause problems when making card payments in the future.0
