I had called them too last week and have got a voucher from them in the post - for £10.

Those of you who have contacted Clairol, I have just followed your advice and emailed them for my voucher not turning up. Thank you for the inspiration.

Infact none of the Proctor & Gamble stuff has - pampers and huggies.

Normally I wouldn't complain about a freebie not arriving but as I have given them what they wanted - i.e my personal information supplied in their brief questionnaires on these sites, I feel it is right to expect them to honour their side.

MSE has certainly made me look at things differently!!

Click on 'We're here for you' and then 'email us'. I have just done that thanks to a MSE'r further up the thread (thank you).

I emailed them too, but they replied and asked me to phone them regarding this matter?!?

Me and my Mam both entered and were both told we were winners and yet none of us rcvd them!
And I hate using the phone!

I received the same reply to my e-mail, phoned the helpline, the lady was very nice and apologiesed that the vouchers have been delayed, all successful people will receive there vouchers in the next few weeks. ::)
