I had called them too last week and have got a voucher from them in the post - for £10.If I had known then what I know now . . .

Those of you who have contacted Clairol, I have just followed your advice and emailed them for my voucher not turning up. Thank you for the inspiration.
Infact none of the Proctor & Gamble stuff has - pampers and huggies.
Normally I wouldn't complain about a freebie not arriving but as I have given them what they wanted - i.e my personal information supplied in their brief questionnaires on these sites, I feel it is right to expect them to honour their side.
MSE has certainly made me look at things differently!!0 -

I emailed them too, but they replied and asked me to phone them regarding this matter?!?
Me and my Mam both entered and were both told we were winners and yet none of us rcvd them!
And I hate using the phone!Dream of being mortgage free....

I received the same reply to my e-mail, phoned the helpline, the lady was very nice and apologiesed that the vouchers have been delayed, all successful people will receive there vouchers in the next few weeks. ::)have a nice day0
