I have emailed again. I wanted one for me and a suprise one for my sister. I wanted it for her birthday as she loves dying her hair. Unfortunatley, her birthday was back on Aug 8, so its late for that. I told them this is the email too

I rang them too; I think the number's on this thread somewhere. The lady was very nice, and said I should be receiving my voucher in the next 3 weeks. No mention of a tenner though.
