Oh.. has anyone any bright ideas what to do with 4 tins of salmon.. other than feed them to my mother?

I'm sure the cats would appreciate a little bit. Other than that no idea, cant stand the stuff. We serve salmon at work and it makes me heave, smells like the penguin enclosure at the zoo:p

  • Had a lovely time taking DD into work to meet everyone. She was so good and didn't cry. My old class are all grown up and in year 4 now and the new ones just look so little!! I am really enjoying my mat leave but miss my colleagues. They are having a "wellbeing" inset in November so have booked to go....I'm not daft enough to turn down a day of pampering.

Unfortunately I came home and had lunch then went to sleep for 2 hours:o so that has resulted in very little flying!! I did clean my bin when I got back though!! I can use my 7 week old as an excuse can't I!!

Right got to go and fetch hubby from the trainstation before we have either fajitas or curry for tea.

I do a bit more of the list later....promise.

:T :T Great news. Never turn down the opportunity of some sleep especially if you have a little baby.

Just time for a quick post before I put the kids to bed and start to paint my bathroom....its been waiting for 2 1/2 years!!!
Just done almost all of MOndays and Tuesdays list...worked up a right sweat (maybe too much info!!) anyway I finially managed to open the filter on the washing machine, I have been trying to do it for weeks, must of worked it loose. It was AWFUL, totally full of what can only be described as slime and smelt really bad!! Not sure if theese lists are a good idea, I keep finding nasty bits around the house because of them!!!!
Hope everyone is doing OK and having a good week XXX

EDITED - change of plan, put the kids to bed and have sat down...bad move as cannot be bothered to get up to start painting...oh well, it can wait until tomorrow!!

Not a fan either but fishcakes usually go down well in this house despite none of us liking tinned salmoln. Mix with some mash, make into cakes, dip in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs, fry until golden each side.

I finished the Living Room headspin.gif

It has only taken since Sunday.

    To Do
    buy toy unit from I**a

Can't guess where that's from!, but serously I need a toy storage unit as all the toys are all over the conservatory floor, not an inch of space to walk. Do you have the name & price or link please?

fishcakes.................erm like hex said, or salmon pie or salmon toasties, or salmon in a cheesy sauce with pasta.
