Moved to house with upstairs bathroom & 2 bed but no upstairs real hallway 10 yrs ago, then 5 yrs ago moved into a bungalow so yep, took me memory right back.
Moved into Bungalow and asked dear GD to go upstairs to get me something. Poor Darling, the confused look on her face. I am a Wicked Grandma0 -

I don't really think spending my evenings on the 'puter can help!
Have a good evening all. x
PS if anyone recognises the symptoms can you let me know cos eye tests come back ok & the doctor has checked them, but said unless I have X-Rays (which he doesn't recommend cos of the radiation levels), he can't tell me if owts wrong.
I think floaters are caused when the back of the eye pulls away and bits of blood and debris get into the watery layer at the back of the eye, although you can see them infront of your vision it's the stuff at the back that's causing them. I don't think it's a major problem unless it suddenly gets a lot worse, which can be a sign of a detached retina but as you've been to the opticians it's more than likely nothing like that.
If they're really bad they can do procedures to remove the 'goo' (which in turn takes out the debris) and replace it with water but it can be risky! Apparently you get used to them with time and eventually you might not see them anymore but I have floaters too and they're very annoying, I have a dark spot one in my right eye which likes to move a lot that I'm definitely not getting used to!
On the subject of eyes, my right eye (see the pattern, same one again! lol) has been twitching/fluttering underneath non stop for 4 days!! :eek:0 -
