  • Think I may bid you all a fond goodnight - eyes have been playing up for months (floaters in front of my vision, one eye swelling up every so often etc...), and it's making me feel worn out.

I don't really think spending my evenings on the 'puter can help! :p

Have a good evening all. x

PS if anyone recognises the symptoms can you let me know cos eye tests come back ok & the doctor has checked them, but said unless I have X-Rays (which he doesn't recommend cos of the radiation levels), he can't tell me if owts wrong.

Only thing I can say RCB is I have floaters and was told by a specialist that it could well have been caused by lasers at gigs and they're permenant, not much help I guess lol
That ain't working! That's the way to do it, money for nothing and TV's for free ;)

Cheers Nicky - could be a cause cos I do go to plenty of gigs.

The most alarming part is when one eye is normal & the other swells up - you can really see the difference in them, and the feeling is dead wierd!

Dunno if I should just plump for an X-ray & get it over with?!

Before you go for an xray try a medical eye centre rather than a straightforward high street optition. It's where I went and they have equipment that can see just as much without xray. Hope you sort it, mines helped by tinted glasses.
