I think it was last year the local police advised against leaving presents in a car as there was an increase in the number of car thefts for the purpose of xmas presents.
A sad state of the world :(

My mum still hides ours unwrapped in her wardrobe and then in the loft once wrapped lol
I store mine in cardboard boxes and then once wrapped i put them in the santa sacks and store in spare room lol - i do have very restrained relatives though
me - im a rooter and rummager and always find gifts :D
Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together

Hello all! How are we doing? Had a busy old day yesterday! Going to order MY christmas present today - can't wait!! :)

May make a card or two tonight and will do some review for Qype as I need to have them done by the end of November to get the voucher!

OK, need some inspiration. Last year I did a 'pamper hamper' for my Mum for Christmas, she loved it to bits! This year I am getting her a foot spa for Christmas, and was going to do a 'treat your feet' hamper - but I don't know what else to put in it really. She can only use one sort of foot cream, we have nailvarnish coming out of our ears, and a foot file looks a bit boring - anyone got any inspiration before it's turned back into a normal 'pamper hamper take 2??'

I made some cards the other day as inspired by our lovely pinkladymel's cards on her blog. I have put a couple of piccys on my blog of the ones I made, so thanks pinkladymel! I love them!! :)

Phunkles: My mum and dad have a garage so park the car in there whenever they arent using it. They have heard far to many horror storys about cars being pinched for the pressies to leave it on the drive.

Jamtart: Your cards are lovely you and mel are really talented.
Have you fort of putting in foot exfoliating cream in? maybe from the same brand of foot lotion she can use? some pretty toe seperators for the nail polish. You can get pumis (sp?) stones in different shapes and colours. I would add the foot file, I always use mine. Abit particular about feet lol.
What about a nice hand towel to dry her feet off after the foot spa? A nice nail brush? HTH xxxxx

See you guys are so much better at thinking than me!! lol!! I could put a cupcake flannel in there too !! (dying to do one but havent had a purpose up to now!!) Good idea!!

Pedegg looks great, never heard of that - the reviews look good! Yes, I think a 'treat your feet' hamper would be great :) I will get to work and get slightly more inspired to think and post a pic of it when done!! thanks you :D

    No worries
It would appear I am more interested in thinking what other people could add to their hampers instead of creating my own :)

Great minds Shev and all that :)

Nope Id already done most of my shopping before discovering hampers. However I have made my brother and his wife a little coffee lovers one (with the free Dolce Gusto from asda) and some mugs and some choc as a little extra gift.
Think next year Ill be doing hampers - did a lush one a few years ago with all my sisters favourite pieces in at a fraction of the cost of a normal gift box.
    Depending making snowman soup
But next year I'll definately be making hampers for everyone lol
