so would you say its ok for wheelchairs apart from Burrianna beach as son who is in wheelchair hates the sand so i would take the others and leave him at the villa floating on airbed in the pool(which he loves...obviously my husband will be there!!!) think ive decided now!!!!!:D

Capistrano is about a 20 minute walk from the town centre, it's mainly up hill on the way back so a taxi would be your best bet.

Taxis will take 5 but only if there is no luggage to go in the back.

Nerja town centre is fine for wheelchairs, kerbs have been lowered at crossings. At night a number of the streets in then centre of town are closed to traffic. The town centre is pretty flat so you shouldn't have any problems with a wheelchair.

2 minutes from the entrance to Capistrano is a large Super sol supermarket.

Poligono Camino is quite far out from the centre of town, probably a bit further out than Capistrano

Capistrano is popular, I stay with friends out of town. You may get more details from this link.

There is a local "blue" bus which runs round the town about every 1/2 hour from near the Monica. There are regular busses past Capistrano. Plenty of info on the above link.

Capistrano is very popular, there is a large supermarket nearby and smaller shops on site. As Fortyfoot says the local buses run very regularly linea 1 and linea 2, one goes in each direction round town, however they do stop during siesta time. It is 1 euro per person to get round town.
