Have it on my Virgin iPlayer now. Isn't a penthouse supposed to be 1 single residence which occupies the entire top floor? That's just a top floor apartment.0

digby is a junior property pimp. One day he hopes to be a full-grown property pimp like Krusty Allcrap and Phil Spender.0

I've started watching it. It's lightweight "lifestyle" television.
I can't understand what's so special about the flat that cost £250K.
The main bedroom looks like a big cupboard.
I've watched most of it now.
The dressing seems to consist of cramming as many cushions as possible into the flat and then adding some extra lights.Happy chappy0 -
I know where that is, I'd buy it for no more than £200k. Probably nearer £185k with the vendor paying my stamp. £300k would even have been over the top this time last year. They keep calling it a 'waterfront' property. Well kinda I suppose
But I'd rather spend £300k and live in Port Solent with a nice place for my boat
There's so much property about like that in Southampton that someone would be mad to spend over £200k on this one. 0 -
LOL, this is pretty shoddy.
"so Andy, how many people are coming?"
"We've got two couples interested and a third who said maybe"Happy chappy0 -
There was an episode in the first series where no one turned up. Shame...0

This looks like a similar flat, I think it's in the same block.

There was one on Tuesday, where just one couple turned up. And the vendor seemed really pleased.
Digby is so annoying, he did this whole awful mission impossible bit because the vendor forgot their information brochure. It was very painful to watch.
