Ahhh isn't that sweet.
They want to sell their 2-bed slavebox so they can develop their other property in the New Forest.
£250,000 bought 2 years ago. Rob and pregnant lady think overs-over £300,000 by the intelligent looking EA-in-black would make a good starting point.
I hope to hell they haven't sold. I'm going to check RightMove after torturing myself with the rest of this show.0 -
All those pensioners viewing a penthouse apartment. Good luck to them if the lift conks.0

The Lantern Building - Hythe
One found on RightMove. 2 bedroom penthouse, but clearly a different one in the building.

I'm sure I saw in some sales literature recently " View please, for god sake please".I am a Mortgage Consultant and don't like to be told what I can and can't put in a signature so long as it's legal and truthful.0 -
It's the first time I've seen this programme.
If you look at the redesigned living room (15:58 on the timeline) they've moved part of the sofa around, but not the Plasma TV so now you can't see the TV properly unless you are sat at the dining table
Nice views but a tiny flat for so much money.
I was always told to be wary of people with a moustache and beard as you can't see their lips and they have something to hide, even more so if they are a woman :rotfl:
Couple that with the floppy hair and the EA starts to look a bit Richard Bransony.I am a Mortgage Consultant and don't like to be told what I can and can't put in a signature so long as it's legal and truthful.0 -
I just saw it. It looked like an average looking flat with a penthouse view. Perhaps that's what put people off viewing it. The view was good, yes, but was it really worth all that money?0

I can't see that it matters much, as they removed the rather untidy cables that connected the TV, so it won't work anyway.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
One episode of this series were neighbours who had fallen in love & wanted to buy another place together. They sold the one and had someone else interested in the other house.
Anyway, regardless of the state of the property market, I still love nosing in other people's houses, so bring 'em on!0 -

I have to admit, I'm just the same. I find seeing how other people live is quite fascinating. The other aspect I find really interesting is just how much more property I could buy for the value of my Surrey pad, if I were prepared to pack up and move to a different part of the country.
