Yeah, justpurchased is just looking for a bit of attention before he storms off in a huff again. He'll be back tomorrow morning, same time, same place

If I had not paid £250K I would have not got it at all (some one else had already offered that just that i could complete quicker). But thanks very happy with it.

Ah but you never know what would have happened. 9 months time, that other buyer might have got repossessed and then the house comes onto the market at a ridiculously low price. Or the buyer might have got worried about falling house prices and pulled out. Or you could have found a similar equivalent home for less money even if you didn't get 'that' house.

Please note this thread is (self-) titled One last thread.

So please note that jp - no sneaking back.

You've said goodbye once. Saying it twice might be overstaying your welcome. There's only so many times you can claim you've forgotten your umbrella.

No - not very thinly veiled 'let's talk about me for a whole thread' thread, IMHO!

But enough about me. What do you think about me?

You are describing an unachievable Utopia. How could we all have our own threads - it would be madness. Simple economics dictates that some will have their own threads, and others will be condemmed to live in other peoples threads.
