Any chance we can swap our redeemed vouchers? I started collecting with my partner and here Dad. Then I decided to get everyone to get Outback vouchers and put them all together towards a meal. She just received her voucher (and we've all redeemed ours but not got them yet).
The bad part is they are just £5 OFF, and not £5 vouchers!!!! Now, this is certainly not a deal. The voucher that is free on your site offering a free starter is worth more than that. Seriously, this is a really bad deal and am not happy with 3 on their way to us which are no use at all!

Have you managed to sort out the link for ASOS as I was told that is was MY ERROR for not getting points for my order, as I had not clicked on the link correctly.
I placed 2 orders with them and recieved NO POINTS for any, no response to emails until I sent it everyday then was told again MY ERROR and nothing you could do (I know many other people have have the same experience with ASOS points).
Also still waiting for my Stress piggies I ordered months and months ago, told in an email it was being looked into, and I am still waiting....
Look forward to a reponse as all emails after I was told I have made an error were never ever responded to.0 -

I ordered a cdwow voucher LAST MONDAY and it has not yet arrived. I have sent 4 emails, but not one has been answered. I would rather not use this forum to ask questions, but feel I have no choice.

I had exactly the same problem, tracking with asos is not working (at least not for everyone although I have never heard of anyone getting points from shopping with them) I have also tried contacting pigsback only to be told it must be my fault. All I can say is don't shop through pigsback with the exception of cdwow. I am owed nearly £20 in points have sent all of my confirmation emails & even asked if it could be something to do with pop up blockers or browser issues but it was me that didn't do it right :rolleyes: Oh & still waiting on my lottery points & a Love 2 Shop voucher but for some reason I STILL love pigsback
Could you look into the tracking with asos & give an idea of when I should get my lottery points or even if I will get them?

I have just sent the following email to Pigsback:Hi, I redeemed my piggy points for a cd wow voucher on 9.11.05
This still hasn't been credited to my rewards section. Neither have my lottery points from September been credited. The last time I redeemed poiggy points for cd wow it only took two days, can someone please explain what is going on?
I have also emailled yourself as per request in the Pigsback thread. Please can I have some feedback as to what is going on.

Sorry to push...but any news on the larger value CD-Wow vouchers that you were going to investigate for me. I've got my eye on a few things for Xmas, and if it isn't going to happen it would be good to know well in advance.

Wont be able to spend much time in here until tomorrow afternoon - Monday to Wednesday tends to be very hectic for me but I will TRY and answer every query - but once again i'd ask you to do the following:
1. Send the query to postmaster@pigsback.com
2. Use the words MSE FORUMS in your subject line (preferential treatment or what??)
3. Include your registered Pigsback.com email address AND an alternative email we can cc the reply on to make sure it gets there (applies particularly to Hotmail and Yahoo). (this alternative email address will ONLY be used to contact you and not for any other purpose. It won't ba ssociated with your account or anything).
4. If necessary and you aren't getting any replies, please include a contact number and we'll phone you!
5. Remember any details you can provide, including receipts and registration emails, help us get to it quicker...
So do that and I'll be back to you tomorrow afternoon!

I'd forgotten about the stress pigs, yes,where are they?? I ordered them for everyone at work and was going to use them to bulk out stockings. They are still available to 'buy' with piggy points, so you can't have run out of those too!!
