    Yes,you're quite right...we're all in this mess because of the banks behaviour ! Seriously ! What you said about the credit limits..... My CC has ended up with a £9500 limit on it !! :eek: I didn't ask for it...they just kept increasing it. Now look at the mess I'm in ! :mad: I've also had them refuse me a loan.....and they've been my bank for 38 years !!

    Yes,it's definately al the banks fault.....throwing money around like there was no tommorow. Well,for some of us there may not be.....

    Banks going bust ?? Damn well serves them right ! They won't even lend to each other now !!

    * Rant off//

    Oh and I'm reading Scarlett's diary....very interesting....

    Obviously not Jeff.. she likes me only you see. I am only kidding she is lovely, great sense of humour read her thread.

    New sig is only one new line second line of the song and found my BSC number again so added that back.

    I will not only blame the banks, the OH was half the problem, and I should have said NO, mind you black eyes were getting a bit much and SO out of fashion as well.:eek:

    Just poking my oar in here but if you need to draw the cash from your cc/overdraft facility for bc then do it. The OR will usually turn a bind eye to it. My OR asked where i got the money for my bc fees and i explained that i drew cash off my cards,he just said ok.D

    Thanks for that Dalip......That's what I was planning to do...

    Actually, I've just read a post where someones creditors re threatening to petition against them for bankruptcy......I'm wondering if there's a way to 'force a creditors hand',so that THEY pay for the BR fees ?? If so,how long would it take for one of them to 'wake up' ??

    Right,I'm off to work (again !).....I may be on laaate tonight. If not I'll be back tommorrow.... BFN.. ;)

    Don't hold your breath for a creditor to make you bankrupt unless you owe them thousands and even then it would be doubtful. Also there is no guarantee they would get anything out of it and any surplus would still have to be divided in an equal proportion - and that is after the hefty OR fees.

  • Can someone please inform me what these BSC numbers relate too????

    Am I being really thick???
