See....NOW it works.... Why won't it work when it takes me 15 minutes to write a post ?? It just disappears then !! Grrrrr...

I can't be bothered to re-write all that again tonight...... I'll try again (5th time!!) tommorrow.... 'keels over'
• What's the matter Jayen? Can we help at all?

• I found that it would log me out if I went through IE if I took to long. So now I go through Firefox.

Make sure you copy and paste then if it disapears you can C&P it and post straight away.

• If you are thinking of bankruptcy then the first thing you need to do is get in touch with the a debt charity and talk through your options with them.

Will find the links for you.

Hi DeeDee.....

I've been trying to write a very long post all day and the damned forum keeps swallowing it...... Getting so annoyed,I just might smash my computer to bits !!! Jesus...made myself laugh now ! :D

Now that I've finally got a post 'started',it might actually take it when I try again..... That'll be tommorrow now..... Keep a lookout....I have a lot of questions.
• Will look forward to it Jayen.

Here's the links for you
Advice on bankruptcy.

The court/judge will normally ask whether you have taken professional advice that bankruptcy is in your best interest. If they believe you have not taken proper or sufficient advice then your bankruptcy may be refused. There are many places and organisations that you can get advice from, but the ones that people on this board have found most useful are listed below:

Main recommended sources of help:
• Consumer Credit Counselling Service - Website: CCCS Telephone: 0800 138 1111
• National Debtline - Website: National Debtline Telephone: 0808 808 4000
• Citizens Advice Bureau - Website: Citizens Advice or visit your local CAB centre (find nearest)
Others: For general queries about bankruptcy you can contact:

The Insolvency Service Enquiry Line
Tel: 0845 602 9848
Email: insolvency.enquiryline@insolvency.gsi.gov.uk

(Please be aware that the enquiry line cannot give debt advice or counselling or advise you whether you should go bankrupt. They can only answer general/technical questions on bankruptcy) Taken from Fermi's links sticky at the top of the board.

Would suggest National Debtline though you may have to keep your finger on the re-dial button.

Thanks DeeDee.... Have found a CAB that's only 4 miles from me..;)
• That's good, though if you find that there is a wait for an appointment then phone National Debtline. Or do what I did and talk to the CAB, NDL and Christians against Poverty :D. You can't have enough information in my mind :o:o
