If you have purchased contaminated food you have two choices.
1 - Complain to the store
2 - Report them to Trading Standards.
For 'minor' in my opinion - what bothers me will be different to what bothers you I would do 1
For 'major' ie seriously gross or liable to make the consumer ill Trading Standards via www.consumerdirect.gov.uk

haha... thanks....i wouldn't bother with the replacement or refund i just wanted drayton to be aware of the incident. Being a trainee lawyer its in my nature to sue and make note of all the small details and regulations etc
I'm not sure you can be a trainee lawyer as your knowledge of law is laughable.
There is no loss here so what are you going to sue for?0
