back on the the main subject of contacting drayton manor . wel i have sent them an complaint email yesterday. and today just now i have recieved a phonecall from them .

the lady said to me to contact the manufactuer because they are the ones that make the rocks.

she said shell email the address, but i purchased the rocks from drayton manor and isnt it now up to them to contact the manufacturer.

Are you being serious?

Don't think they will waste their time contacting the manufacturer for you, and I don't think you should waste your time either.

Just go to Drayton manor and get a replacement stick of rock for your hairy one.

As a matter of fact i dont think im wasting my time .
ud probably enjoy sticking a hairy rock in youre mouth but i definetly wudnt,

it makes me sick even thinking of it . and no i dont even want a refund or even a replcement rock i just want a apology from them , as somewhere their is lack of hygeine

moeny aint the issue here and i would definatly not buy any rocks no more and im sure after seeing a hair.. ( not even a litle piece of hair, but a lng strand from top to bottom) you would feel the same way to.
