  • I wanted to say a big thank you to you all on this thread for inspiring me to get more into Bootsing! I spent a happy hour and a half in Boots yesterday with a handful of vouchers....with these vouchers it really is a game which, if played well, you can just keep playing! They had a lady on the Olay/Time Delay type aisle to help peeps to use their vouchers, she was laughing at me as I kept disappearing off, paying, getting more vouchers and coming back for more!

In the end I had to drag myself out with a huge bag of stuff! I'm starting to worry I've got more stuff than I'll use in years!

Still got a couple of vouchers though..might have to go again on Monday or dish them out at work!

Someone has mentioned that face wipes are good for 3 months once opened, but how long are they good for unopened? I'm assuming about a year?

I've gotten a lot of the TD wipes, which are nice, but not my favs. I'm considering getting more No7 wipes when they go 342 and using my pinky + SS spits, but I've got to figure out how much I can realistically store, lol (I also have some Olay and Botanics wipes put back). So I will be giving a load of TD wipes to my mum and sis. If they'll all be good for about a year if unopened, I'm golden, lol.

Wipes can dry out, yes. I never used face wipes before this year, but I know hand wipes have dried out in the past.

    Hope someone can help me.
Am about to visit England (I fly in the morning....er, your evening), and I do have an advantage card from when I used to live there.
    I've also got a 10 quid voucher.
But I have no clue what half of the bargains to be had are, even after reading all the posts on this thread twice I'm not sure I understand!

Could anyone suggest to me (in laymans terms!) what I should do with a 10 quid voucher, how I could make the most of this with current offers?

Print some Mitchum vouchers & use 4 vouchers with 4 Mitchums & pay 6op a time & get a pinkie & till spit EVERY time.
If you shop with someone else have them grab lots of freebie or suitable to you( skincare ) items in advance as they fly off the shelves so they can reserve them in a basket ahead of time for the vouchers.

I do the 60p shop with no shame or problem whatsoever & SA are wow. Never had a grumpy SA complain though I am selective as to whose till I try & get.

Forgot to mention it but check out the Helping Hands range amongst the nail accessories etc. Locally, some were selling for as little as £1

For some reason or other, maybe being discontinued, these were being sold off with 75% off on SEL and even less on clearance but they're excellent. The tweezers and nail clippers have cushioned grips and are a lot easier to use than standard ones.

    hth someone

Couldn't find them on the Boots site.
