Thank you - I have to go to London this week so thought I'd try to get there, depends on time etc but I am sure I read somewhere recently that someone had been and got loads...am after some beauty bags as I keep being taunted with very small SELs for TB bags and large empty shelves :rotfl:
  • <wispers> Another one here who will be sort of pleased when the TSs and pinkies finish </wispers> They really DO seem to be breeding....... as soon as I've spent a load I seem to accrue a load more. Obviously any time I need to actually buy anything it seems wrong somehow not to make it up to the magic £5.00 to gain another set. Oh yes, make no mistakes ladies (and gents) Mr B knows exactly what he's up to with these vouchers
You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that :p

Hi could someone just run through the JK file thing where you get 500 points for £4 spend - the only Jk files I could see were £4 each???? is there a picture floating around so I know what i'm looking for, really want to boost points to buy some D&G for hubby!

It's the pink JK buffers that are £4 I think frugalsar. The files are striped (can't find the pic that someone's posted but will have a look) and if you buy 2 you get 500 points for a £4 spend. If you buy 2 of the wipes there's 500 points on those too but 2 x wipes cost £6

From what I can gather, the best combination whilst these splits are being issued is 1 x pack of wipes with 1 x nail file - then you'll get 500 points for a £5 spend but receive 2 x till splits.

If you're lucky enough to find them that is ;)

Would love to swap a SS No7 for a pinky if anyone has spare.:D

Also someone asked about PC Fruity custard vouchers - found a couple this morning and won't use them so pm me and they're yours.

Any Mansfield Bootsers out there, just wondering best store for clearance, JK etc? TIA

    Hi

Does anyone have Spare No7 £5 voucher they can offer. Many Thanks. I can print any voucher from machine in exchange.

    Thanks
  • I've had my card blocked for making lots of small transactions in a very short time - it seems to be something that triggers a response from your card issuer as it's the kind of behaviour that happens when a baddie gets hold of your card. Lots of little transactions to "test it out" then in for the kill!!

Anyway, I have now devised my own method of avoiding this problem. If I'm not carrying much cash, I'll buy a giftcard with my first transaction, using my credit card and then use it to pay for my lots of itty bitty amounts. It also acts as a timely reminder of how much I'm actually spending!!
This happened to me in the January/Feb Boots online sale. For 1st time I managed to get some great goodies in the basket and when I smugly got to checkout it wouldn't let me proceed    . Although I had made 9 different transactions in 9 minutes :rotfl: .
