    I'm absolutely fine thanks hun.

I've been hiding away in my bedroom, working on my dissertation for uni. I handed it in for binding on Monday and saw real live people!

Jinky I only really follow recipes strictly when baking or doing something completely new.

I've got one more for you Red...

For a more casual supper you could do pea soup (soften onion and celery (if you have) and aclove of garlic all chopped, add stock and peas. Cook until peas cooked (about 3 mins in our house) serve as is with yogurt dolloped on top (or creme fraiche) or blitz in processor with creme fraiche/ yogurt until as smooth/rough as you like. Grill up some crispy bacon. Put bacon and mozzarella on toast an grill until bubbling. Pig out!

I've done the soup a few times and its yum. I've also done it with less stock and some cumin in it as a puree to go with yogurt and curry marinated lamb steaks. Also good :)

Okay, Delia has left the building and you're all invited for tea :p

    Thanks hun.

However it may not all be over.

A few weeks ago I was offered a job at a spin off copany of the university. They're offering me a job where I would earn slightly more than I'm on now WHILE studying for a PhD with them! I've got to say I am EXTREMELY tempted by their offer.

I had an ultrasound scan this morning and I'm over the moon because it's in the right place (so isn't another ectopic). I even saw and heard the heart beating.

The same doctor is going to scan me again in three weeks and five weeks to check for fetal abnormalities and they'll do the nuchal fold assessment (Down's assessment) at the same time. Then she'll do the normal 20 week scan for me.

I've got about 8 pictures that I can't stop looking at...

I agree with the cold turkey Sammy.

Not quite working.. Dropped her off at the childminders with nappy on. Took nappy off and has been sat on potty since this morning. Put a nappy on her as had to run round 'the asda' by the time I got back nappy was soaking.

She is now sitting on her potty like queen bee... Bit like shutting the door after the horse has bolted....
