  • BB, it's Monday, can you go shooting tonight? Get rid of some negative energy maybe?

Good for you for going to the meet, I wish I could. Tell OH he is a !!!!!! if he says anything

Elliot cried when I left him today. I consoled myself with a delicious autumn knit from Monsoon :o He also cried when I picked him up, bless his heart

OH is making veggie pasta while I Do Nothing. I am getting itchy feet, might go and clean something.

Hmmm - the obsession with cleaning doesn't seem to have worn off yet... I might catch the bug if it lingers much longer...

    hello all x

went up to auntie's in york last night so opnly just got back and feeling very fed up :( was offered a job while i was there and its very tempting!
Its only bar work but there's nothing here for me in donny-in fact i think if there'd have been a house to rent left in the villiage where it was then i might of signed a lease there and then. Problem is its one of these tiny little farming villages and there aren't an abundance of properties around.

Anyway that feels better now i've got it off my chest.

Cat-I've got a degree in health and fitness and am trained to deal with specialist cases such as pregnant women and other minority groups. Let me tell you the instructor there misinformed you and is probably some jumped up minimum wage gym instrutor so not only ignore her but if you've got the time complain about her-its people like that that keep people like me out of a decent job.

I'm sorry i'm a bit stroppy today and feeling a bit sorry for myself

Feel free to give me a good slap:p
    On a mission
  • Well actually I am pretending to tidy my desk while reading MSE :o

It is a bit of a tip, I have a stack of filing to do - Sammy had better keep up the flylady posts actually...

    *twiddles thumbs*

Oh and speaking of Quidco don't they usually pay out on the 1st? I have £80 coming from insurance :money:
  • Daphne - has it gone to green and 'received'? I've got £25 of my money to come when they send it over the next few days.

  • dd, how old is elliot now... last time I 'saw' him he was still in your arms :rotfl: hope he had a fun day at nursey.

I was  because someone asked me why I was 'happy' in work. If I hadnt walked away I would have punched them one... if only they know  However I am consoling myself with a can of free pop and my music on loud. Mum isnt happy though asd she is usually in work and keeps asking ~ 'can you get it any louder'? :rotfl: but compared to my brother this is tame :rotfl:

Oh forgot to say today our work put up there xmas trees for sale. They are wholesale but it kinda put me off xmas by the time its here :)

WooHoo!!!!:j HBoS overdraft significantly below £1000 for hte first time in AGES!!! Fingers crossed it will still be that low by 30 Sept:p

And Debenhams had set up the Xmas decorations dept when we were there a couple of weeks ago. I'm thoroughly bored of seeing it all by end September, nevermind December! It's one thing to pick up presents through the year in sales etc, but quite another to have tinsel and trees shoved in your ace at every turn!

Oh pap enjoy having your music loud, it's one of the things I miss :o though I have been known to turn the radio up in the car and sing along, windows closed so no-one can hear ;)
