I had a fight with my car door this morning and the door won, have a lovely egg bump on my forehead:rolleyes: and my teeth feel a bit funny but otherwise all is well.

Still no news about my job:mad:

I am looking about for some nice blue fleecy throws for the boys beds as they now refuse to wear PJ's and they are going to feel the cold when the winter comes and I wont be turning the heating on alot.

Wonder what the OH will say. I said this morning I wanted to come and I just got a non-committal 'ugg'.

Yesterday morning he started quizzing me why I'd had my tattoo done when I'm always saying I have no money. (fair question I guess) I explained that I'd used Quidco money, he wasn't very enlightened though as he doesn't ever use it. His comment was 'well you should have paid it off your mortgage'........yes dear........and I'll continue going mad within these 4 walls whilst you go to football practice and a beer (Wednesday), go on a corporate go-karting night (Friday), go to a birthday drinks night (Saturday) and go to watch football, then a few beers in the club (Sunday) and then your race day today I bought you.

I've got a shade over £300 tracking/verified with Quidco at the moment. If he whinges, I'm going to show him that.

It's your money. And it is money, and not credit. Does he have to justify his spending to you? Thought not...

Tesco had blue fleece throws a couple of weeks ago - I can't remember how much but no more than £5. We bought a blue one and a pink one for me and Stu for in the camper (although we didn't need them in the end as is was lovely and warm).

Just bought a rug for £19 in Ikea that covers most of the dodgy bits on our carpet - I was on the verge of buying a new carpet, so that's got to be good moneysaving! The rug is really nice too, natural colour, sort of ribbed...lol.
