Thank you all! I had a feeling the weekend would be tough as during the week at work I have so much to do i dont have time to think about the debt.

OK I have decided I am going to STOP looking at numbers, doing sums, sighing alot and slowly getting into a depression. When I look at the bloomin interest we are being charged each month it really does make me want to weep.
We ARE in a better place than when we started this in June, so that has got to be good. I am not adding to my debt in anyway and there have been many opportunities believe me since June. So I am going to stop now go and have a cuppa and spend so time with my little one.
I am feeling a little  and a littlebut mostly I am OK.
Thanks to you all.

DS and I have been picking free cooking apples from a freecycler and then went for a walk so I feel very virtuous. Intend to make some apple pies, apple sponge and apple crumble later...
DD has had a friend round to play and not spent any money yet today... May need a pack of sugar and some more butter tho before we can do any cooking so may still not make another NSD!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

To get the picture directly on the thread - in photobucked - resize to medium or large, save then at the bottom where there is an image code - click on it and it will say copied - then just paste into the "reply"

Hi SC and SH
SC, what a wonderful looking hamper and very classy. I love going to panto and can think of nothing better really than sitting in a good panto eating good chocolate!!!
SH, I will have to leave the lovely sounding apple cake to you and your family because I am in my pj's early tonight, so not coming out to play anymore for today. (I blame the clock change for me needing to get cosy).
(Not a good look though (me in my pj's), almost as bad as pop socks!!***)

Hi Girls!
Sorry I havent been in touch, totally hectic week and then caught a very rotten bug and have been very poorly indeed! In fact my mum came yesterday to nurse me and I actually feel much better today! Hurray for mums!!!!
Girls, what can I say, so many trauma's in such a short time! Even tho I havent posted, I have been reading and am thinking about you all! This is all so difficult but think where we would be if we hadnt started down this road.
I am also feeling like Im taking 1 step forward and 1 step back! The money I make from parties goes on food, essentials etc cause husbands money is needed to take him and 3 kids on church weekend. I just cant get ahead at all! I get paid weekly and am dragging my butt from week to week, hoping the next week I get sorted. Have you any suggestions? How I can get better sorted and feel more in control??Debt - £10,000
Small changes..... Big Differences!0
