Morning! Must get myself dressed and off to work (don't think they'd appreciate the PJs & sheepskin boots combo I've got on at the moment :o ). Hope to catch up with my flying when I get home this evening (I will strip my bed before I go just to make sure I don't change my mind  )

Hope you all have a good day!
  • Well, sat on my butt most of yesterday - must have just been one of those days, and thought I had done nothing, but actually achieved the following:

Wednesday Wiiing!- Master Bedroom & Landing
    Level 1
    Check fire alarms are working..
Remove and wash bed linen and duvet covers.
Vacuum & turn mattress before replacing with fresh linen..
    Air the duvet
Grab a box of gibble from the landing and rehome it.. put it away or just get rid.. make a space!
    My Extras
    Check lottery didn't win :(
    Update ETCA website
Fill out official secrets act letter for Hubby’s job
    Monday - Make smear appointment
    Mark Testpaper
Speak/email Business Link about matched funding
    Get DS some new shoes
    Put slowcooker on for dinner
    update bank accounts/finances
Ring dentist for hubby’s tooth to be fixed back in

Am quite pleased now :) . Up early and have caught up with all the threads I wanted to, also hung out washing on airer, put another wash on and IRONED the dry stuff - yes, I actually did some ironing this morning.... miracle.... might even try some more later :)

DS has gone off to school bemoaning the fact that I won't give him any dinnermoney and make him sandwiches coz he's in year 11 now and they are allowed into town at lunch time and he had to sit on his own yesterday coz everyone went to macdonalds and he wasn't going to sit in there like a lemon eating sandwiches.... (it went on a bit... :rotfl: ) but I'm tough, I'm not giving in, I'm blowed if I'm giving him nearly a £5 a day to spend on carp...

So, off to shower (no shoes) as I am scummy at the moment and need a good scrub (or feel like it anyway) then on with the IRONING (or not, we'll see) will post todays stuff in a bit...

    Morning all,

Feeling alot fresher this morning and raring to go. Something to do with having a proper sleep I think, even though I went to bed very late.........again:rolleyes:

Got quite a list to get through today, but I want to try and get it all done before lunch if I can. I had planned on doing something with DD today but it's raining again so I think it'll be a wet walk around the park with DD and the puppy. Then I'll take her to the library I think.

Looking forward to getting a bit of normality back tomorrow when the kids go back to school. I can get back into my walking (very briskly) routine with the dog and I'm going to start swimming again at least once a week, twice if I can;)

Right off to find my list and make a start.

    Morning all,

Got to wait in all day today for the router to be delivered. Poor dog wants a walk and is driving me crazy! Forgot to ask DH to take her before he went to work so he will have to come home at lunchtime if it still hasn't arrived, however, on the positive side this means I should have broadband tomorrow :T :T :T can't wait!

So, should get plenty done today; catch you all later :A

    Lil_me thinking of little matthew.

Pigpen we done the boys room up a few years ago, left the paint tray in the room to have a tea break. Next thing DS2 comes up the hall with a lovely red foot, he had climbed in through the window stuck his foot in the tray and walked all over the carpet. :rotfl: :rotfl:

Done nothing yesterday flying wise but did manage to get through half of my final course work, so think i'll get the rest done later out of the way.

Kids all packed off to school, bo and hubby sleeping so i'll get on with a few phone calls and load up the WM then start the list. Back later to update.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
