    Hello ladies:hello:
Oh my word what a day! I will catch up on the thread now. I completed everything on my own list today-DF's desk looks good, now I just need to sort out mine so it will go on the list for tommorow.
Im so sorry I was not on today-but here's the thing...DF HAS to go back to work...he is driving me INSANE. This morning he told me he feels like he's lost himself as all he does is go to gym go to work come home and do errands here. He says he never has time for himself and wait for it....he appreciates how much better the house is looking but gets upset when he sees me online so much as he doesnt get time to play his pc games ever because he cooks and baths ds:mad:So what am I doing when he's at gym, taking all his weekends away-out on his monthly boys night? Oh and how about the hour that I spend putting DS to bed that he wastes watching episodes of southpark that he's seen 10 times. I are confused:confused:Do you lot have these issues? And I just was looking at my post history and mostly when he's at work as soon as he gets home I log off till after he goes to bed-has anyone noticed?
Oh well, enough of that rant.
The best man/ex is coming to spend two weeks over christmas,I was looking forward to seeing him but am doubtful about two weeks:eek:I have visions of them disintegrating into drunken bachelors for two weeks-I hope Im just being a pessimist.

Its also been confirmed by the health visitor that DS probably has measels:( The rash, yup) It apparently is really difficult to diagnose but she says the rash is NOT eczema (or at least not all of it) and that the spots are the last phase so it really doesn't matter anymore-and no, his jabs are not all up to date as the last health visitor informed me was the case:confused:

Also, I was right about the appointment with the stop smoking clinic yesterday. The person who booked the appointment got it wrong and had booked me with doctor one. Also, since it would have been my first appointment I would require a double so again-I could not see anyone(to add to that the health visitor has referred me to another surgery so Ill give that a bash next week).

So thats been my day, I hope everyone else has had a good one (will start reading now and then I'll do my list for tommorow)

Polkadot.. measles rash peels about a week after it has 'improved' .. they also often get white spots in the mouth BEFORE the onset of the actual proper rash.. they have to do a blood test to confirm it but it is very much like any other 'non-specific viral rash'. I've had 3 get measles.. 2 after being vaccinated and they were worse than the one that hadn't!! 2 of mine haven't had any jabs and they are the healthiest of the bunch! Basically.. I guess the place to which my waffle is leading is.. if you want to know for certain ask for a blood test when you are at the GP.. There.. said it the short way!

Thanks Pigpen-I know. But its also one of those that if they get its not a huge deal at this age. I also had all my jabs and got all the childhood illnesses. At this point it's over mostly so I guess knowing would simply be "for our records".DF says he thought he spotted the spots in the mouth but isnt sure.

Ive given up trying to catch up on the thread so I'll start again-but please be patient with me for the rest of the week whilst DF is home-I am still flying though-promise
