    Hi folks

16 pages to catch up, I'm never doing to do all that. (sorry)

Read some though, mumoffour77 good on your daughter, johanna chin up, holly, that sort of selling is a scam, steer clear and get your friend to as well.

Not done much flying and feel so guilty, but have done some cooking, does that count?

Morning ladies (and any lurking gents) :hello:

Valli - I'm planning on moving, but its all a case of waiting on a council house being allocated to me when I've bid on it! Waiting to hear from Wigan housing association about that. I dropped the papers in on Friday and it takes 10 days apparently for them to process my application. As for the Earth Sheep - its from Chinese astrology and when Polkadot said what's your date of birth that's when I remembered what it was:rotfl:. My mind works in very mysterious ways sometimes. :rotfl::rotfl:

Every bulb in my house is energy saving (got 6 not long after we moved in and brought the ones from our old house with us;) ) except for the halogen desk lamp which is rarely used, but I have a stash of traditional ones in case one blows and so when I move out I can replace all the bulbs. I hate it when you move in somewhere and they've cleared the place to the extent of taking the lightbulbs!! Yes we have had that happen when we moved into our first house

BM is on, there's not enough washing to warrant doing a load :D Jelly is made up and just cooling in the kitchen before I put it in the fridge, just need to go and move some bits in DDs room for the window man and clean the parcel tape off the window frame :o So I'll be back soon but first my list so I know where it is ;)

Monday Mop- Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level Two
    Sweep and mop floors
    Level Three
Wipe all the windows in these areas!!
Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..
    Extra Mission : help yourself
    1. Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps.. a toothbrush is great for cleaning away the gunk!

Tuesday Chuck - Living Room, Hall and Stairs
    Level 1
Vacuum through the living room, hall and stairs
    Level 2

Wipe dining table.. (clean table cloth if necessary)

Wednesday Wiiing!- Master Bedroom & Landing
    Level 1
Remove and wash bed linen and duvet covers. Weekend job unless I have a proper bath before hand
    Level 2
Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs..
    Level 3
Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
Extra tasks list, as usual choose one or more
    1. 34 fling boogie time, go on grab a bag and clear that clutter
    2. Clean all paintwork on the landing
    3. Clean windows in these rooms
    4. Clear out your tops!! You do NOT need those 'comfy' or the stained tops.. they need flinging.. get them gone.. right now.. go on..
    Right, DD's bedroom

I agree - I leave mine haning in the kitchen - I'd rather they found them, took the car and went than stayed in the house looking for them.

Me too! Having had a door opened and a bag snatched - DD was almost 5 - and she would have been the first one they saw if they had come into the house - we were in - it was about 6:30 in the evening when they did it. Now I always lock my door - but if they get in I want them to take what they want and go. Quickly. Mind you I don't want them to get in TBH.

Hi everyone, well the kids are back at school :j so normality returns ....kind of.:D

Just having a looksy round the house has overwhelmed me.:o I need to get a plan together because I can't figure out where to start.

On the plus side I managed to get tea made ala slowcooker styley last night which helps and it's lovely walking into the house and it smelling of gorgeous cooking smells. Makes it more homely.

Right, best get on, hope you all have a lovely productive day.:hello:x

Hi Nicki - I'm a rat (wouldn't you know it;) ). That's a good idea on the lightbulbs - those energy saving ones aren't cheap. Hope the housing assoc. get their finger out and get you moving soonest - esp. after your incident.

Have got up ironed (20 mins - all done:A ) and breakfasted so I can have a run at the kitchen. Washing out on line - but not much of it - think it'll rain later like it did yesterday.

Glad you got on line Toots.

    See you later.

I cannot catch up, so will just put what little I've done today.
    • Work - one job this morning, a different job this afternoon.
    • Quick lunch and hanging out of washing in between jobs
    • Bought tennis balls for dogs
    • Spent half an hour after work parked in front of the tv competing in The Weakest Link
    • Dinner - was quite late, it's 8.45pm and haven't started the dishes yet
    • Have spent far too much time downloading songs to put on ipod - a whole range from Robson & Jerome, through to Bruce Springsteen, through to Daughtry and Kid Rock!!
Now, before bed, I'll reconcile mastercard, and that will be it. Oh, and dishes **sigh**
