Spends not great OH took £20 yesterday for perscription another £20 today for groceries including paracetamol that didnt include caffeine -   no wonder I stopped sleeping as well!
Reduced painkillers by loads just taking when I need. A bigger drop that I thought. A few extra aches and pains has arisen oddly until this evening the leg was ache free.
Reduced food intake so that should halp with weight fingers crossed. No point in weighing myself. Id probably fall off trying to balance anyway.
Annoying thing of the day is my outpaitient appointment tomorrow has been moved to next friday with no reason given. The hospital system down all day so no luck there .
Did that bit of work I had so felt good. Not record breaking time but all done. I think thats all for todays update. Just watching American Idol followed by Bones.:j0 -

Hello
Things pretty much as was. Tried to help with dinner yesterday but backfired and we argued. I found I can move around in the kitchen on the computer chair so I have said Ill cook dinner for the next few days with the help of DDs.
Got some useful tips on another forum before it was closed due to medical advice. Good to hear from others who have been through it. Sounds like I am doing the right thing by still putting leg up and wiggling foot/toes where possible. Pain relief has halfed at least although still finding its other body parts ie right ankle/foot that is playing up.
Forgot Mums birthdaywas yesterday thought it was today. Have a couple of pressies that just need wrapping and may even have a card.
Got to get all three kids shoes today so going to local shopping park where we can park close and being a show shop there should be somewhere for me to sit. Need to redo kids hair so going to invest in hedrin as no combing needed apparently. After that will go visit Mum and nephew.

Have been told I am getting a small pay rise that I eztimate will equal 40-50 a month so good news there.
DD2 should get cast off next week.:j0 -
