  • Rough budget worked out until payday in two weeks. Not good will be £700 o/d as just had broadband bill in and DD1s school clothes are in. Flaming quarterly bills are a pain. Wish Id never moved back to BT

House a mess so just done a big load of washing up. Wish OH could get around to doing more. Felt tempted to say Ill go down to four days a week so I can do more housework. I dont do enough at the weekends but someones got to do it :(. I generally ignore it but you guys know it bugs me.

Hols were great lots of swimming and night time entertainment. Kids dont want to be back. Haivng food paid for was great, will do that again. Less time and hassle and prob works out cheaper.

Not planning on going again next year its too much for the budget even though I had planned for it. May do a weekend camp with friend at local camping site next year and thats it.

Need to work out new budget now hols are over. Md birthday season is upon us.

Hope packing going ok Shaun. Dont forget we are here if you are anywhere near j11 M40.

OH..I hate housework ...I do it..it looks great and then needs doing all over again...total PITA....but it has to be done.
You can have bills from BT monthly if that helps.Glad you enjoyed your hols a change of scene can work great for the spirit.
  • Would you believe it DD1 now doest want IPOD touch but the laptop instead. I just vant afford it. I was going to try but when she said she would be happy for the ipod instead aarrrgh. Well tough for her becuase I just dont see how I can afford the laptop. Budget heading backwards prob be still £14k+ after payday thats about 1k in a year how bad........ x 10

    Bleeping kids.
    Never happy :(
You can do a monthly payment plan with BT if that would help.
