You can always hope... just don't hold your breath while so doing!0

Hi, just an update...
I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my e-mail box when I got home and had already received a reply from E2Save.
Even more pleasantly surprised when I read the e-mail. The e-mail restored my faith in CPW and believe that they are approachable and do listen to you.
I was promised my cashback cheque within 21 to 28 days as a goodwill gesture.
Thank you all for your threads following my post.0 -
They have a lot of "goodwill" when it comes to the point of court or (it seems) once in a blue moon when they need to get some good public feedback for once. Personally, I prefer them to simply 1) tell the truth, 2) stop deliberately misleading people 3) to actually use and follow ONE set of t&c which should be (but aren't!) CLEAR - it goes without saying they should be the LEGAL ones and 4) stop attempting to move the goalposts throughout a contract.
Having tried the reasonable and sensible (from their viewpoint) approach it is quite clear they pick and choose when to be "reasonable" - and if they pay up on the one I'm dealing with before the court makes them there will be no doubt where they can shove their "goodwill"!0 -
Ooh... an apology! Impressive. Usually it's the generous "gesture of goodwill"! Never mind; it's fine if your posts come and go like your terms and conditions and claim dates. We're quite used to that on here!0

Good Morning,
It seems our support messages had been removed overnight, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Please e-mail us a forumsupport@e2save.com and we will be happy to answer any queries. We aim to respond within 3 working days.
Kind regards
:T 3 working days - I am still waiting for an explanation as to how your company corrupted my account resulting in my cheques arriving at MY ADDRESS in someone elses name. You did not reply to ANY of my many attempts to get you to correct the situation. I went thro the normal hoops of letters, then LBA and then took you to Court. You told the Court you did not owe me money - whilst at the same time trying to settle (without prejudice). You did pay up in then end saving you a very embarassing Court appearance. This was over 2 years ago and you still have not explained to me how it happened.
Perhaps you only work 1.5 days per year?
:mad:I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -
I wouldn't waste your breath. Although maybe it will serve as yet another warning to the unitiated (a rapidly dimishing group) with regards to the "new" E2Save. Once you've had a few false promises and outright lies (apart from all the other rubbish) anything they may say is worthless. Only actions count - and theirs are clear.0

I have also just suffered this problem as well. I upgraded my e2save contract last month after e2save/CPW offered me this option and I accepted one of their offers. I even asked the e2save/CPW guy that made the new contract offer if I'd be able to claim my final cashback, and he said this was possible.
However as expected I have suddenly been denied my final cashback simply because e2save/CPW upgraded my final contract slightly too early when I didn't want them to. I have emailed e2save using forumsupport@e2save.com so hopefully e2save/CPW will be kind and give me my cashback like they said they would just like matrixwolf!0 -
Hi, just to let you know that I received my cheque £90.00 from E2Save, my last cashback claim, last Thursday, just 2 weeks after E2Save confirmed to me their gesture of goodwill, thank you E2Save. Be approachable & treat customers fairly, You will get more new customers & people will stay customer of the CPW group. It's a win win situation for you to keep customer happy and no try to tempt them with other offers & take away with the other hand....0

Mr Llama, please find the e-mail address I used to complain about this practice used unrightfully by CPW loyalty dept :custrel@e2save.com
I hope you too will receive the money you are entitled to. Good luck.0
