um.. are we getting rid of the comp ending threads? why is that? i find it really useful as whenever i search for anything it comes up as no matches or some random thread comes up

If you read the discussion thread you should find answers to your questions. We have been told to stop discussing the comps ending for now until a desicion has been made, they are hold at the moment.

Its easy to find comps ending if you read some if the tips on this thread

Personally I prefer to list the threads in title order (bottom left of the screen) - particularly now Divadee has sorted out all the thread titles they will all be in one bunch :T

Please be aware that if you use that method it may chuck up results from previous years too ie 2007 etc, so check the dates carefully when you open the page

Hi...the comps endings aren't being posted for a bit, they may be back depending on the BG's decision. Loads and loads of background in the discussion thread here as well as lots of useful advice on how to find the comps that are ending soon for yourself. HTH

Hi all!

I've not been spending as much time as usual on here lately (Job hunting - I need to earn some cash rather than daydreaming about calls from ITV ).

No probs with the changes, but a big thank you to the board guides for their huge efforts in their clean up of the boards! Well done guys & gals! :T

One question though...

Please could the posts be moved to "game over" on the day following their ending? It was fine when we used the lists - the links took us to wherever they may be. But with the new system I've found it a bit difficult to track down the last minute ones in the game over board (there's THOUSANDS of pages!).

I hope no-one gets annoyed with this observation - it's just that you guys are too efficient! I should take a lesson - then I wouldn't need to do last minute catch-up sessions

Game Overing gets done as and when I am afraid (usually a couple of times a week), BGs volunteer their time and to do it everyday would be a tad time consuming what with real life and all that
