I think id either get a decent model in exchange for it or my money back if I were you as thats just completely unheard of!:idea:0

Thats a lot of money for a 26" LCD they must have seen you coming0

I dont want to sound rude but i didnt ask for financial advice nor did i ask you to question what i chose to do with my money! I asked if anyone new why the tv had suddenly done this and why.
In regards to getting a television of freecycle...Yes i could have taken that route but i have a daughter who has photo sensative epilepsy and was often having fits due to the television i had. After speaking to her consultant i was made aware that lcd tv's are more beneficial to epileptics and have been proven to cause less fits/episodes, I doubt very much i would get a 26" lcd television of freecycle.
Please if you dont have any helpful comments in regards to the original question i asked..Please dont post.
Thanks.

Tell the company exactly what happened, do not delay. Explain you now have no faith in their products and ask to cancel the contract.
Then, if you are able, try and source the TV elsewhere. This is just one I found on HUKD this morning. http://www.richersounds.com/showproduct.php?cda=showproduct&pid=TOSH-32A3030DB. It is a 32 inch Toshiba and comes with 5 year warranty for £250.
I do not know your personal finanical situation and it is no-one's business to comment, but on face value, this looks to be a much better deal that the current one you have.
Good luck.0 -

Xenius isn't that owned by lexsor?
P.S. How does an LCD look like something has been thrown at it if nothing has?
What would cause that?*Make every day Caturday*0 -
