    WOW! These monitors suffer from the worst case of dead pixels I've seen so far. The screen itself is not bad but dead pixels on each monitor I've seen 3+ now all had at least 3-4 gone. Bad.

    I can't see any dead pixels either way on the one I received. :confused:

    Just run the programme and not one dead pixel on mine.

    Same here - I'd already checked mine with UDP :D
  • Mine has just one dead pixel in the bottom right hand corner, its not really noticeable unless you are looking for it and it only shows up on white as a pinky colour.

    One thing to note is that this is a common problem with LCD's, infact it isn't really a 'fault' as such its due to the complexity of the manufacturing process. The larger size screen you go the more dead pixels you are likely to have.

    There have been reports of Nintendo DS's and Sony PSP's having a dead pixel or 2 and the screens on these are only a few inches in size. so on 19"+ you are extremely lucky not to have any.
  • Checked mine now - no dead pixels either !
