I have got an appointment for my telephone interview! Been told its more info about the job, a few questions and a listening exercise.
Can anyone tell me what the "few questions" are like? I am assuming they will be "give me an example of when..." and being good and bad customer service related. dealing with difficult customers etc. Would this be right?A+L Loan £168 Hitachi Loan £0 Bank of dad £19,664

Hi All :j ,
Hope everyone is well. I just today completed all the online info and voice recording for Contract Xchange and then did a google search for reviews and found you's
I used to work in a call center myself for 3 years for a well known bank and i can vouch that 10-12 calls a hour is very realistic.. (sometimes more if your quick & fast on the systems and like taffy keeps saying S/he is getting quicker so i guess the quicker and more confident you are the more you will earn)
I completed the PC test's though off my Laptop (vista) which is only: 1.60 giga hertz Intel Core 2 Duo so i am presuming that will fail? Only brought it about 8 months ago too  so a new one will be in order.
Can i ask when did you need to get your CRB check done? Before or after the interview process?
Good luck to all those who have submitted your applications.
To all those currently taking calls: How is it going? How many calls are you on? and ost of all.. Are you glad you took the plung and went for it?

that pretty much sums it up, they want to know in your words about relevant experience, you don't need call centre experience thoughExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

I did everything after I got the job, though I did have a crb check already, you need a basic disclosure that takes about 5 working days.
10-12 calls an hour is what I am aiming for, doing about 7 at the moment, I would say though that you would be far better getting a pc rather than a laptop, you get much more for your money, space permitting off course.
And by the way I am a 'he'best of luck!

yes, but not the products themselves, you will only be dealing with these, and forwarding other calls to the right dept should they come to you in error. you are not dealing with any energy suppliesExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors.
