I couldn't believe the prices in Iceland yesterday, they seem to have big bottle knock offs of all the christmas favourites (Malibu, Baileys etc) all at £3.99. The assistant even handed over a bottle for me to check the alcohol content
I know where I will be going for the booze this christmas
Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
F U Fund currently at £2500 -
Last year I remember using the Times Wine Club. The wine worked out about £2.67 per bottle and you could order as many cases as you wanted for no extra postage cost. I'll check it out and report back0

This must be bought via the Egg Money / Virgin Wines link
Buy 1 case of Egg Deluxe Christmas wine for £95.88 (gulp, not moneysaving, but stick with me) and get a case of Egg Christmas party wine (worth £56.38) free.
Which brings them down to £3.99 each, but here's the nice bit. Buy them with your Egg Money card and you'll get a 20% discount from Virgin, plus you'll also get 2% cashback on your card. which means that in the end you'll get 24 splendid bottles offor only £74.79 which is £3.12 each.

Try Toffee fablus from Lidl at only £5.99 per bottle, it is every bit as good as Dooleys but around half the price.
Another great buy is Aldi's 3 litre box of Chardonnay for £10.99 (it was even better when it was £9.99), they also do a box of either Shiraz or Merlot for the same price but I haven't tried this (I'm a white wine drinker).0 -

Sainsbury's have been doing 2bottles of Freixenheit (not sure of spelling!) for £8 & if you buy 6 you still get the 5% off as well. Bonus - the 5% is off the Full price of the bottles not the 2for£8, basically I got 6 bottles for £22!
Better be quick though 'cos I'm not sure how long the offer is for.0 -
don't know if its already been said but Kwiksave have 4 cans of strongbow cider for £1.74, bought some for hubby for ChristmasMoney's too tight to mention!!!0

Sainsbury's in Stockport were doing Chateauneuf du Pape reduced to £7.99 a bottle from £15.00 or £15.99 per bottle last Friday (sorry can't remember exact original price). Only went in to spend my fiver on essentials so I didn't have to pay to use the car park! Not a cheap wine, but a great Christmas pressie for those friends you know really enjoy a good bottle of red - they'll really think you have spoiled them this year. (Except we've told all ours that they ought to become moneysavers so they will probably see this and guess who posted it!)0
