Just wondering, when i won my flights, it had jjust been advertised as 2 business class flights, but the company they were gonna use had gone bust inbetween them starting the comp and the comp ending.
If the comp is run by gatwick airport, i would suggest the very least they should give you is a gesture of goodwill.
Maybe one of the papers might be interested if there is lots of publicity about zoom at the moment, If you don't get a satisfactory response when you have heard back from isp then it might be worth naming and shaming them.

I contacted the ISP as advised by other posters and Edwin Mutton is a gem, he contact baa and made them aware of their oblications to provide a prize.
They came back and offered me two return flights to any US destination of my choice so i'm taking my Mum to New York for christmas shopping - can't wait!
