I emailed the promoter (gatwick airport) and the commercial manager said that there is nothing they can do as Zoom have gone into administration and no alternative will be offered.
From looking at the terms and conditions, there's nothing else i can do

That's such a shame - you'd think they would have offered you something to try and make up for it, even if it was only vouchers for duty-free or something like that.

I agree contact the ISP, Velvet Glove has included contact details in her comping guide from memory. I think they should offer you SOMETHING.
