I won't buy from Comet again, the service in store was awful. I had a problem with a new laptop and had to take it back. The staff were rude and said I was lieing! The laptop was scratched, they said i did it! Even though it was clear it had never been used. They wouldn't accecpt it back. I also noticed there were several dead pixels, it was eventually refunded for this.
What a joke, never again.0 -
The reason i posted it is because i had posted the fact that i and lots of friends and colleagues have not had their printer orders honoured even though they have the pdf.....so i would be surprised if dell honoured the projector....just common sense...some people are touchy today
touchy? damn, I must have really really touched a nerve there. U needn't reply 3 whole times to show us all how angry you are ::)
Anyway, you'll probably see that every here is trying it on... No need to complain complain complain to the retailerYou'll Never Be Rich Working for Someone Else0 -
I don't think anything will come out of this but its all been a bit of a lark ;D
Its taking them much longer to cancel than the cheap PC where you could choose to not select the monitor so thats a bit confusing ???0 -
I've just sent customer services an email asking why I can't see my order, coz it's been more than 72 hours. Anyone else got anything? No reliance should be placed on the above.0

I have just rung Dell up and spoke to a lady who funnily enough couldn't find my order on the system anywhere, so she told me she would speak to the order centre and call me back. I told her that it wasnt my problem that had priced these items up wrongly or not? She agreed with me so I will just have to wait and see what response I get if any at all.0

But if you follow the lin the TYV is at correct price of over £1kAlways on the hunt for a bargain!!!!0

It's Kelkoo who messed up there... the £64.63 is on the right hand side of the Dell page, and it refers to the W2600 Memory Card Reader, which is an accessory for the TV.

I'm sure this is unrelated but I've had a strange transaction on the credit card I used for this Dell order?
Has anyone else had something appear on their CC statement?0 -
