My hairdressers phone the day before.

Last week I was reminded about my 3.45 appt. At 2.35 I got a call from the hairdresser asking where I was as I was due in at 2.15. I said I had a call from the salon yesterday telling me it was 3.45. Apparently I was booked in for 2.15 for colour and 3.45 for the cut and finish. I did sort of think at the time of the reminder that it seemed later than I remembered that I'd booked, but when somebody is reminding you of a 3.45 appt you tend to believe it when they've phoned to tell you.

Anyway I was there 10 mins later and they did manage to catch up in the end with 2 people working on the colour.

OP I think a box of chocs or some flowers would be very appropriate, most people missing appts wouldn't bother.

Ever felt like life is conspiring against you? :undecided

As soon as youngest left for school this morning I decided to head off to the hairdressers. Only my car wouldn't start.

Borrowed son's car, been driving for 15 minutes when other son phones to say the plumber I'd been waiting on for ages was going to turn up in half an hour. Had to turn around and come home.

    Will try again tomorrow.

Thanks for all your thoughts btw.
