Something similar happened to me with the Model Me - the SA & Supervisor refused point blank to acceptthe 250 extra points coupon as the Model Me was on offer.

This is the serum which is £6.99 that you need to get with any other TS product to get your two items for 1p




or you could get this item which is £5.99 with any other TS product and pay £1.01



I have managed these transactions a few times now with the TS blonde shampoo, conditioner and volume spray too.

We can't give you any £5 vouchers or skincare vouchers as we have run out of the No 7 and we would be in breach of contract if we only gave you 1 voucher when all our signs say 2 vouchers when you spend £5

I'm only use my advantage card with glitches that gain me points - otherwise I don't use it. I see no reason for there to be any record of me getting free TS.

I do actually have 2 combinations of pinkie and self self service No7/RM spit and I am really undecided whether I should use these on make-up so as to use up some of the points I got in the gwp (I have 4 of these). So I could get any product up to £10 free with 250 points. But I'd have to use my card - what do you think?

thanx a lot 4 this i now no where i went wrong and it was as i suspected i'd just daft....lol no i picked up a blue serm type stuff so it cost me £2.51 which im not complaing at i'd just rather get it for 1p lol, i happen to love this stuff and do have long hair so will be using this in future gonna try an stock up ty ty ty ty x

ps just to let u no they have taken ALLthe books off the shelves in the Manchester Arndale i wanted a TD voucher so my boy could top his points up and get the lynx the SA asked a nearby SA an he said they'd removed them as there was new 1s coming in so she went and found 1 behind CS bless her so i took advantage (no pun intended) and ripped the TS 1 out aswell hehe

I got a camera yesterday reduced 4499 points, this will do my
DD for Christmas. SA was lovely and took 10% off as it was the
display model. Broke my heart spending points :eek:
Boots, St. Enoch had loads of the Summer Palette £4.75.
SA took the voucher no problem

This happened to me, I tried to use the Model Me coupon when the range was already on offer, the SA refused, and said it was already on offer so I couldn't use it...I had a bit of a whinge about it being in the mag and how were you supposed to use the coupon then. I gave up as she wouldn't back down.

Went in and tried it again, the till bleeped but this SA read coupon and called manager over to validate

I want to try and get the TS offer before it ends, see if they'll let me have that!!
