If you had bothered reading the thread, you would have seen that i was unaware of this forum, as i am not a boots shopper. I had no interest in the store, until i saw the £5 skincare offer in my local boots window when i was passing.

Some people are intelligent enough to work things out for themselves you know, and are then keen to share the information on here. If it turns out that the news was already on, then who was i harming? It was not common knowledge on the forum i was in.

You need to get a life, rather than having cheap pops at people from other forums. I was kindly invited onto this thread by another user. I'm glad i was, as i seems i have already become a part of it in my absence.

Techspec I am aware that Pash's comment has offended you but I know that it wasn't meant that way and when she did realise that it was being misinterpreted she deleted the post. she is not a nasty vindictive person by any means, she is a god send to the thread and regularly helps us out, even if it does include giving us nicknames that stick like glue.

Thanks, that explains why i cannot find the original thread, only the quoted version from the kind person who defended me in my absence, realising the offence if might cause.

I had never been onto this thread and was therefore quite excited with my find. I am normally found on the bank charges forum, as you can see from my signature. I only came over here today out of curiosity after you pointed it out to me on the other thread. I was keen to see why people were shopping at Boots, who i consider to be greatly over priced. Now i know why, although i still do not understand what a till split is. Is that the glitch that causes these generous offers to come about? I threw away all my TS coupons earler today (i had 10), only to find out about the glitch where you can get 2 for a penny. Doh!

Anyway, i WAS shocked to read what i did, and i had to look twice when i saw my name, as i do not know this person. Martin's site is here to help the consumer, and he is always asking us to spread the word. So even if i had got the information from you all, i would have shared it. That's the whole point. But i didn't, and did not deserve someone having a pop at me , when i was just helping someone out. But i do apprecaite its removal, although once you have been quoted by another user, then it's easier said than done.
