Well...firstly I called the manager over and told him I had over 30 transactions so could he please open a till for me in a quiet area like the pharmacy or photo counter as I did not think it fair to hold up people just wanting a sarnie and I was not going to go to the till 30 times just because they finally had some sort of stock in at last :rotfl:
He said no problem miss ******...I went red and he served me for all the transactions
So then I said I still want another load of mags after having 1 per transaction, so he went and scopped up the rest and then helped me pack the buggy up :rotfl:
SA on next till says to us both 'Oh I'm still traumatised from the last lot of haircare vouchers where she did over 40 transactions' ...I need to move I'm too well known0 -
Went to SS today, everything was going well, till I
tried to input £5 R&M coupon. Till says minimum spend not reached.
SA comes over and said, "Thats not right, it should take the coupon"
I had bought the R&M metallics set which was reduced to £9.
She messed about with SS till then took me to another till, to
try and override purchase, then back to SS tills. She then gave me £9
back and scanned the metallics set again, and then charged me £4.
The sel showed £18, but was going through at £9, I only paid £4, so well
happy. Tho' we were both well confusedI AM WHAT I AM0 -
Hi, can someone tell me what this offer is? Do you need a voucher or is it automatic points?
It's automatic. 500 pts wby any 2 Jemma Kidd items and the cheapest are the nail files @ £2.00 each. So, 500 pts back for a £4.00 spend and they're really nice nail files too. Will go lovely in my hampers I'm doing for next Mothers DayYou can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

The acm isn't giving me hardly any other offers really apart from the 50 points for Smile dental care.0 -

For those getting cheated out of till spits, etc, there is a way to get till spits for less than 5 quid without using Mitchum vouchers (if you are tired of that or scared of getting busted). A few people have mentioned getting spits for less spend, but I don't think anyone has broken it down and so it may be going unnoticed. But I have noticed it in my shops, too, and am not sure exactly how or why it works, so I can't give a complete explanation, except to say that it does work if done as stated below.
Basically, here is what you do (all in the same transaction):
-TS glitch (can be the 1p glitch or 1.01, etc)
-use a till spit or No7 voucher to buy something (it's fine if the item is free after voucher)
-Make sure your total that you actually pay comes to over 2 pounds -- I like to toss in dove handwash, dish liquid, a snack -- something I can use and stock up on
-Wham! You qualify for both 5 quid vouchers! I have gone as low as a 2.22 spend and gotten both vouchers. I have no idea how low I could go (and really wouldn't care to go lower as I like to cover the TS glitch), or if it would work with only the TS glitch or only the till spit/no7 voucher with a 2-quid spend. What I do know is if I do both and spend a bit over 2 quid, I get both spits.
Several of us have noted that when using the TS glitch we sometimes get points as though we'd spent 3 quid more than we actually spent, so perhaps that is the key? The till thinks you spent an extra 3 quid if you do the TS glitch? So maybe you could just do the TS glitch and spend an extra 2 quid and get both spits? Like I said, I'm unsure, and have no idea if using a till spit, too, is required for this to work -- but I'm not gonna try it without using the till spit in case it doesn't work without one, lol!0 -

I have a question for tin-tin - LOL!!! I am gutted that loads of people have been getting the Ted Baker Vanity bag for £5 but at our local Scarlett found one and it scanned at £20 and my DH also found some in another store today and they also scanned at £20 - why do they keep doing this to us???0
