tried to input £5 R&M coupon. Till says minimum spend not reached.
SA comes over and said, "Thats not right, it should take the coupon"
I had bought the R&M metallics set which was reduced to £9.
She messed about with SS till then took me to another till, to
try and override purchase, then back to SS tills. She then gave me £9
back and scanned the metallics set again, and then charged me £4.
The sel showed £18, but was going through at £9, I only paid £4, so well
happy. Tho' we were both well confused
Is this the round gold zipped set with eyeshadows and little brushes? Saw some today but didn't know scanned half price.0 -

Lol..... that's okay then, don't think I'll be passing that one this week
Bless him for going to look for you though. My H would rather slice his own legs off that go to Boots..... with or without me. Doesn't stop him being pleased when I come home with bargains for HIM though <tut> :rolleyes:You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

Hello ladies, :hello:
As usual Mrs Buffy Bat has got her own way, and signed me up for MSE while I wasn't looking, so I thought I'd at least do my own first post.
So here I am, the long suffering one who trudges over to Boots every lunchtime (well, that's what it feel like anyway) with either a shopping list as long as my arm or instructions to call Mrs Buffy Bat when I get there. (It can get a bit tricky carrying a basket full of stuff, talking on the phone, and trying to empty a shelf of TD stuff believe me. But then I am a man, and multi-tasking evidently doesn't come naturally)
However Mrs Buffy Bat may have made a crucial error. Having signed me up for MSE, I might be allowed a bit of time on the computer now
No doubt I will be back later...0 -
