BB - can I be a bit controversial here. You say you love what you are doing at the minute, but are you really? You had a bit of a wobble a couple of weeks ago..I can't recall what over but I am sure it was not having a career etc (or am I completely making it up - Alzheimers is clearly setting in fast here!)
I also think it would do your confidence a lot of good. You say it would take a year. Go for it, it can only kill a few old demons......
I would love to go back to my old job if only to show the people there that I wasn't crap at my job, I just had a crap boss....

She's s BIG girl Bob, but not at all fat.
They had to try and guess her weight last time because she wouldnt stand still on the scales. They guessed at 75 kilos. We're going out walking a lot more, so that could be how she might have lost a few poundsIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

you be as controversial as you like Sammy.
I love the people, the place, the subject area (Adult Education), the location of the office. I'm not being stretched in any way though (it really is a basic admin. role however it's dressed up) and many friends did say when I took the job that it was a good stepping stone for me in re-building myself. I find the work really interesting and I feel that in a years time I may have some kind of dedicated Personnel role or maybe even some kind of work-based training role.
However, a lot of the thoughts for the future of where I work are, at the moment, just that - thoughts. The manager has some great ideas but I have no idea whether they can come to fruition without a huge change in the service provided.
Maybe it's just the money and a comfort blanket of familiar people that's attracting me......the culture had really changed and wasn't the great place to work it was when I started in 1999....."Stay Wonky":D

I think that stuff might sting a tad Zed
I don't think it does actually, but you don't put it *on*, but just *around*. Unless she has a *really* narrow tongue of course...Oh yeah, I nearly forgot to tell you all. She stood still on the scales at the vets so they could weigh her properly and she's 65 kilos, 10 stone 2 in proper money
That's not hard...

BB just a couple of thoughts- if you get the WTC that will take a a bit of pressure of the aqa- ing won't it ? Also have you ever thought about letting out a room ? Great that you are feeling more confident. XXNothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. William James0
