uninstall issue with tune up utilities 2008

i also tried deleting the entry in ccleaner but it says 'cannot delete MSI installer'0

guess i should just email tune up and see if they can offer me any help0

There are programs to FORCE UNINSTALL but I dont know of any that are free

i've done it!!
i found windows installer cleanup utility, downloaded it, deleted it and voila problem sorted.
