Having seen the winners list of your Hello Softie competition I am absolutely outraged - how come there are so few winners?

I sat with my little girl for hours on end playing that game in the hope that I would win at least something small considering the sheer volume of prizes that were up for offer.

This competition is a disgrace and Andrex have made fools of the people who have sat in hope day after day entering and playing that quiz in the hope they would win.

It would have been a softer blow, had it not been such a convaluted competiition - it was difficult, time consuming and one big farce I am led to believe after seeing that winners list, that was no intention of allocating prizes.

Heinz are getting it right with their fantastic prizes as is every other big company offering these promotions.

i agree i sat here some times plays 30 times in a row and now only 11 winners thats discraceful that really is

Just to add my comment onto the list:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a member of moneysavingexpert.com (MSE) and have just seen the winners list for this instant win competition, containing only 11 names. In common I am sure with hundreds of others I spent several hours a week on this over the 3 months or so the competition ran for, believing this was worthwhile as there were so many decent prizes on offer. It now appears that many people have wasted a lot of time - please confirm what happened to the rest of the prizes - there were over 900 including many holidays, a car, cash prizes and toys?

I would also like your confirmation that the current Andrex best seats competition (which I am entering every day at present) is going to allocate all prizes in a fair and equitable way.

i am so glad you are acting on this. me and my daughter must have played this competition about 200 hundred times (she liked the doggy!!), i could tell you all the possible questions and answers. i presumed i was just really unlucky - but having read the above posts - its just a big scam. i reckon we should all write to andrex - power in numbers i say!! i just hate it when companies do this, i dont mind if i dont win if i saw one of you guys had, but 10 winners - and none from here... and to be honest I dont even beleive that!!

This is a bump but I am sure there are many more MSEers who have spent many hours entering and would like to honestly state their views on this comp. Hopefully after being guided to this site they will take our comments on board and respond.

11 Winners have been named. From T & Cs there are 916 prizes incuding 5 x cash prizes of £10,000. 50 x cash prizes of £1,000. 100 x cash prizes of £50.
even the 155 cash prize winners are not named, unless the 10 left after our MSE winners rollerskates got the lot between them because their prizes were not listed. On the Orange Balloon all 500 names and dates were available online
like many other Multiple prize comps that we have all entered
