Everyone bought uniform? its madness out there, and guaranteed i had to struggle to find his size as always, why is it so hard to find adjustable boys trousers in 10/11 years? xxxx
The large Asda stores are pretty well stocked in the different styles and sizes but I still had trouble finding charcoal grey, plain front, adjustable waist in age 8/9. My youngest is off to senior school this year (he's still wearing 8/9! :rotfl:) and I can't believe how specific and fussy they are - it's costing a fortune!

You have my sympathy Toni, I have exact same problem with my DS1.
Just got a few bits today for my eldest (15) and in Year 11 & it set me back £100:eek: Why oh why do schools change the uniform for just the final year?? Then I'll have to buy for her all over again when she goes to 6th form, just as DS1 goes up to Seniors!!! Think I'd better start saving now
Thanks to all who post comps :A :T

I'm quite lucky this year as I get some of the uniform free as the school master kips is going to is changing from a state run secondary to a privately owned "Academy" so to celebrate this fact they I have a voucher for a Blazer, Shirt, Jumper, Trousers and some PE kit, but there is a shed load of stuff on the list I still have to buy!
