It would have been end of Sept, beginning of Oct when you bought it cos you got Halo 3 with it and that was released at the end of Sept last year

they'll be able to tell *roughly* when it was sold based on the serial number etc but won't be able to be 100% certain...don't know if the emphasis is on them or you to prove this...0

iv just sent my sons xbox back for exactly the same reason, not reading discs. told them it ad red lights aswell tho, just to be on the safe side and to mek sure they wud take it. its been gone over a week now and my son is driving me mad without it .lol0
