Sam93 with the best will in the world, delete this thread as it just leaves it open for these nit picking idiots. I think most people won't/don't post or just give up because of them. Good luck.

Yes, but I don't know how Sam93. I'm new here and seen enough not to post for advice. Someone will come along soon to tell you.

  • Hmmm i think everyone should just chill out...

As for your thread, yeah you could make a claim and cross country are pretty good. At the end of the day you paid for a service you didnt get, even though you could have gone to one of the less busy parts of the train.

I booked a first class ticket from Plymouth to Birminghma dn had to sit on the floor halfway. I didnt really mind all that much, just read a mag. But at the end of the day i paid for something i didnt get so just sent them a letter on the off chance and they gave me a full refund...

lil miss sunshine thanks for your help and your own personal account.

UKtim - you might get a lot of thank yous, maybe sometimes you post helpful replies - which do get thanked - must be said the only help you have given me is to ignore your silly comments in any future posts i may have.
