Much more than 48 hours gone and no £20 bonus anywhere
  • Played European Roulette for about 10 mins with £1 or £2 bets then withdrew my £38 winnings (kept checking my bank balance to see how much was withdrawable). Lost the £20 bonus chips they gave me, but who cares?! Looking forward to the next promotion they have!

That happened to me too. I phoned the customer support line and the money arrived a few hours later.

Can I just confirm I have understood this correctly?

I currently have £112 in my account, of which it says £92 is withdrawable. If I was to withdraw £20, for example, which I lose the initial free £20? So my balance would go down from £112 to £72? (of which all £72 would be withdrawable?)

    Is that correct?

And to be able to keep the initial free £20, I need to get my account balance up to £220?

I just ripped through the £20 as well as £5 winnings from blackjack on the Tomb Raider in about five minutes.

Thank God it wasn't my money I lost!

If you transfer or withdraw any money you will lose your bonus. If you attempt it you will get a warning message which will tell you this and ask you if you would like to proceed or cancel your transfer/withdraw.

I have never been a gambler. When I saw this promotion it seemed like a no lose deal, even after they took away the multiple withdrawals. I have just bet my 'free stake in 5 and 10 pound lots on roulette, red and black. I have cashed in my once only winnings of £55 and let them have their £20 stake back.It makes it very clear when you try to cash in that you will lose the original £20.
So £55 up on the deal.
WARNING. I am definitely a non gambler. The game was so ADDICTIVE and fun that I was sorely tempted to play on.In the end I just said ,'once I get over £50 I will stop'.
Even now , I am thinking how easy it was to win and I can see how people get hooked. Beware.
I have my £55 and thankyou, MSE.

I fully agree with the post above, I won £140 in no time on the Tomb Raider slots game which I withdrew without any problem (and then blew when I went on holiday last week!). It does seem that lots of people are winning with their free chips and being cynical it appears that Ladbrokes may be trying to make it appear too easy to win to lure us into a trap. I have once or twice considered depositing a tenner to try again but so far I've managed to resist the temptation. My tip to anyone looking to try this would be to make up a random username and password that you'll never remember, write it down a piece of paper and then burn the piece of paper as soon as you've withdrawn any winnings you may accrue. That way it will be very difficult to log back in at a later date.
The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water
And I look like a tramp and tramps like us
