Hi my OH kindly took my balance up to £100 on Thursday, we tried to withdraw £80 but it wouldn't accept my debit card.

Have been back on today to try again, but it is not showing any credit at all!!! Although if I go to European Roulette it is saying I have 100 chips!!

Does anyone know what is the problem?

Played the poker won £5 and as suggested when I received the original email I withdrew my £5.

Nightmare, I also lost the original free £20.

Well gutted as I took the advice of the site and did not know it had been updated to state the opposite of the original advice.

Do not make any withdrawl until you are finished playing as you will lose the original £20

They appear to have changed the conditions - do not attempt to cash out if you have not already done so. As explained originally the original £20 has to be turned over ten times before you can withdraw it. The winnings now have the same condition applied to them. So if you simply withdraw the first £5 you make, you loose everything.
    15. Once notified by email that the claim has been successful the chips will be paid into the bonus account. Bonus funds must be turned over 10 times before being withdrawn from the bonus account.

    16. All winnings from this promotion will be paid into a bonus account.

    17. The winnings must be turned over 10 times before being removed from the bonus account.

    18. Should you make a withdrawal before the turnover requirements are met all bonus funds will be forfeited.

Good luck trying to turn over winnings 10 times without losing it all! ;) Still worth a try as it is free...

any chance the opening post in this thread could be updated to explain this ;)

I have taken my account balance from £20 to £120 with my skills on the blackjack table (and a fair bit of luck - I was down to £1 at one point!). There were a few ups and downs there, but I doubt I've played the cash over 100 times. What do I have to do to withdraw cash to my bank account. I know I can't withdraw the £20, but is there a way to get the £100? Or will it vanish when I try to withdraw it because I haven't turned it over enough.

Edit: And how do I even know when I have turned over enough? It shows £100 withdrawable, but from reading other peoples' experiences I expect it isn't truely "withdrawable" yet. Does it help to move it into the sports account, or does that not work any more?

Stephen, how long ago did you do that, as the rules have changed - see my post a few above this one. (I copy and pasted the rules). Originally you could withdraw the winnings, but not any more (not without turning them over 10 times just like the £20 initial stake)

If you have only just done it and got away with it, it goes against the people who have posted saying they have lost their money and the revised rules.

    @ jjd_uk

Bet idea for you i would think it to go to the withdrawal area and click on the support (help) tab which opens a live chat session with the ladbrokes support staff. I suggest asking them what you are able to withdraw safely without risk of losing everything. better safe than sorry! If you manage it, can you post here what the result was so we know 100% one way or the other how the revised rules affect us? ;)
  • i withdrew the money about 2 mins before my original post,i want to my account clicked withdraw,it told me i had a withdrawable balance of £20.50 filled my card deatails etc, typed withdraw amount £20.50,i warning flashed up saying i would lose my original 20.00 promotianal chips if i continued with the withdraw, clicked ok,waiteda minute and it said withdrawel succsefull, now when i go to my account and look at my transactions,i have withdrawel £20.50 and a reference number beside it,.......ok just done the live chat thing and had it confirmed its been withdrawn to my card..payment takes 3-5 days depending on bank your with

Thanks for your advice both of you. I chatted with a Ladbrokes adviser and he said to transfer the £100 to my sports account and withdraw it from there. I did it just now. It seems to have worked. I did sign up a few days ago, it is possible that I may be under older terms and conditions.

On a side note, he repeatedly reminded me that I would loose the bonus £20 this way and if I kept the winnings in my account and played the £20 over 10 times I could have that as well.... good job my OH is here, otherwise I might have been tempted into gambling further. This is the first time I've ever gambled with real money, I could get a taste for it if I'm not careful. Best off taking the £100 now and never going near a casino again.... lol, another offer like this and they could have me hooked!

From mine and by the look of it, a few others' experiences yesterday, they're not making you turn over all of the winnings ten times, they're just making you turn over £20 ten times. So when I went down to £3.50, although then I went back up to £10 - i.e. £7.50 of this was winnings, I couldn't withdraw any of it, not even the £7.50.

So what they seem to mean is anything under £20 you can't withdraw unless you've turned it over 10 times, as the bonus is still classed as bonus money until then, even if you've actually lost most of it and won it back. So if you have anything over £20 at any point, you can withdraw whatever is over by £20.
