I am a bit confused about this. I signed up and got my £20 credit, I played a few £1 spins on the Euro Roulette then went into Mermaid slots I think it was called and played a few £0.75 games there (I know last of the big spenders eh lol) and then it said I had won £87 so I decided to withdraw the money, now although my account said it had £97 in it I was only allowed to withdraw £77 which I was happy with as I seen it as £77 for nothing, then I got a message saying if I withdraw the money I forfeit my bonus play amount, I was happy to do this as I would rather have the £77 than risk losing it.

But my question is will I still receive this money (i put in hubbys bank details) as I haven't bet through so many times - I am new to this and confused!

I got my free £10 today (well that was all chose to win). Thanks!
  • Played the poker won £5 and as suggested when I received the original email I withdrew my £5.

Nightmare, I also lost the original free £20.

Well gutted as I took the advice of the site and did not know it had been updated to state the opposite of the original advice.

Do not make any withdrawl until you are finished playing as you will lose the original £20
  • Hi my OH kindly took my balance up to £100 on Thursday, we tried to withdraw £80 but it wouldn't accept my debit card.

Have been back on today to try again, but it is not showing any credit at all!!! Although if I go to European Roulette it is saying I have 100 chips!!

Does anyone know what is the problem?

1 chip = £1, so you do have the £100. You should still be able to withdraw from the casino balance? Try using a different card?
Debt free date: October 2006 :money:
  • Hmmm, it says I have 100.00 so I have clicked bank (next to the chips) and the following screen shows: sports balance £0.00, casino balance N/A....

Am I looking in the wrong place, I am assuming that European Roulette would come under casino?

You should be able to withdraw £80, are you sure you're in the right section?

If you go to 'may account', 'withdraw', it should show you where your money is: sports/games&bingo/casino.
Then make sure the tab inside that page is on 'withdraw' not 'deposit' or 'transfer', and click 'casino' - or wherever the money was to 'credit/debit card', and put card details in.

That worked for me, I just won £12.60 on Tomb Raider :)

If all else fails you can go to a Ladbrokes store and withdraw your money, or ask for them to send you a cheque - details of these methods here:

£50 off a combination of slots and roulette, and I'm leaving it there.
I'd much rather have £50 in the bag than nothing. Please remember that if you get carried away :)
